Celades names coaching influences at Valencian federation event

Albert Celades was one of the attendees at the Valencian Football Federation's 2019/20 coaching school presentation, and spoke about the importance of constant evolution and an open mind for those leading teams.
The Valencia CF coach was joined by fellow top flight bosses Javi Calleja (Villarreal CF) and Paco López (Levante UD), as well as María Pry (LUD Femenino) and David Gutiérrez (president of the Valencia region's coaching committee) for a talk, in which he revealed the coaches who inspire him.
“In my time with the Spanish football federation (RFEF) I've spent time with other coaches in the setup, and I also had the good fortune to have Vicente del Bosque very close to me for many years -first as a player at Real Madrid, then as his assistant for the World Cup in Brazil and the European Championships in France. He is a point of reference for everyone," said Celades.
"Julen Lopetegui, with whom I also have a very good relationship, is the other coach that I look up to as an example. I've had the opportunity to spend time with others like Santi Denia, David Gordo, España, Ginés, De la Fuente… this has been a process of constant training, and sharing our ideas. I feel very privileged."
Chema Sanz, coach of VCF Mestalla, and Javier Rodríguez also attended the event, which celebrates the wealth of coaching talent in the Valencia region.
